I had this problem, there are about 10 years. Before I had surgery (no pain and) quick recovery, I soak my feet in a bath of Epsom salts in water.
I know you do not want to hear, but surgery ....! I am 29 years old and had it removed onions are about 2 years. Someone is not "bad", but the fact is that even worse! I was terrified of surgery, but was not as bad as I thought it would be! I'm so glad I did!
